This is what it says on the Hamilton County Clerk of Courts. So it gave me the impression it was a violation of her probation. No new charges listed.

Probation violations don't come with a trial date. A sentence has already been passed on that charge and it was probated. A new charge that is not part of the probation would come with a new trial date. Might of got out on bail and never went to trial on some of the charges.
