Those are def stretch marks. They're caused by rapid growth / weight gain. So she probably used to have a small tight little ass and now she's got a little junk in the trunk. Happens to alot of girls when they go through puberty.

Usually NO, they are just recruiting fans for there onlyfans. I have had SBs I have seen in person. Then they get an onlyfans and don't want to meet anymore because of the income from the medium.
