I recently had two good visits that I want to share.

The first one was Day Spa in Shelby Township. IIRC that was $70 for an hour, and it included a HJ. The lady was very friendly, flirty, but she didn't offer anything more on the menu except for HJ and she stripped down for me (she claims she rarely does this). I ended up being there for an hour and a half. She is a funny person, and it was an enjoyable experience. I believe her name was Lucy or Lucky.
