It all depends on if you are traveling outside your own state. Once out side your own state or outside the USA you go by federal laws. They have to be 18 years old for you to have a physical relationship with them. So hooking up with a 17th years old in Mexico, or one from MD when you are from VA is against the law. So your only safe in your own state you live in.

Let me curiosity got the best of me wanting to find out what's up, so met with her for coffee. Figured what the hell, would TOFTT and at least get together in public to discover one way or the other what's up.
