Just go get a test, no big deal. But I think it's too early for HIV symptoms. Assuming it's not just your anxiety causing this, if it's anything I would guess an infection of some sort (chlamydia? Which could cause prostatitis which can give you ED. It could be as simple as getting a shot.

I don't think HIV would start showing symptoms within a week. I'm not saying you don't have HIV, but I am saying I think you are overthinking it. The internet seems to indicate that even acute HIV symptoms don't start to present themselves for 2-4 weeks. You may very well have caught something, but I think these problems are likely mental in nature as the poster below said as most things you could have caught wouldn't present themselves within a week.
