I usually do the same thing and have seen guys or other people around. Than I'll text and say I'm almost there and are there any other people there. I've left before because the situation seemed to sketchy for me.

If the older is still available is difficult to tell. It also suggests she (either of them) are not independent. It's obvious, by that, that there are at least three different people in the situation. Provided the other is still in. Regardless--it does establish that there is definitely someone else involved.
