Years ago I visited an escort at the Marriott Tysons Corner. I have a very nice time with her and left a card with her. It had my telephone number and email address. Both the number and address were for my personal account unconnected with either my home or bussiness.

A few days later I received an email claiming to have photographed me at the hotel, and it would be used to embarass me at the office. I just decieded to ignore it, and I never heard anything more.

Thanks to those that have responded. I thought it was a scam as I haven't used / seen anyone from the CS in over 3 years. I've been strictly Agencies or verified Indies. I think that I'll stay in my lane and go where I know is legit and not let the little head steer me towards the quickies that rarely deliver.

Same thing happened to me about a month ago. Some bs that was word for word what you described. I had to search back a couple years but it does look like it's happened to others as well. Nothing ever came of it.

This happened to me just like it happened to you. Apparently it's a scam where they try to scare folks into giving them money. I went along with it and told them to meet me somewhere to I can deliver it to them, but they only want electronic payments. I always say use a burner phone; but really nothing will ever come of it.

I remember reading about something similar happening as well. Pretty positive nothing came of it. Bullshit threats like this happen all the time. As long as you're using a burner phone / app, you'll be fine.
