Curious if anyone has been here lately. They posted on RR last Friday and there is a fairly recent review on rubmaps, implies activity (I do not have a membership so I don't know what the review says). https://indianapolis.rubratings.com/143711.

No signage posted around. Not an AMP visitor but easy research pulls up this article. Apparently, place has been raided twice in the past 6 years. Likely a hotbed off uncle due to being near a daycare

I thought it was the 28th. And I'm not going to be a part of the first wave out. Sounds like a terrible idea for several reasons including COVID exposure and generally bad optics. Think with the big head. My opinion. You do you though.

RR is an aggregator site. There's not much posted on it now since there aren't many active posts anywhere.

They may be an aggregator at times. I can't say that it never happens, but for the most part, they show ads that are (or have been) placed by the provider. I've had that conversation with multiple providers that I've met from that site who place their ads on RR directly, three or four from Indy and at least a dozen from other areas of the country. So based on those multiple examples, I'm going to have to respectfully disagree with you.

From my experience, there is nothing to be had there. But they do provide a quality massage. I've seen a couple. But I also know that Deanna is not there anymore.

Diana is not the same as Deanna. Sounds like there's more to be explored.

Things are changing. They didn't used to have many fake and scam ads because they charge to place an ad. Apparently, more scammers are making money because they're willing to pay to put up ads. Since the shutdown there haven't been many legit ads coming out so almost everything on there has been garbage.

They also have a bad habbit of reposting old ads if there aren't enough coming out. I've seen ads several times for AMPs that disappeared a while ago. I haven't seen them do it much since the shutdown though. The last old ad I saw was for the old Binford tease. It's been gone since January or February.

These scummy scammers are on all the advertising sites these days. At times you'll be scrolling through nothing but scammers. I do not remember them being prevalent on backpage.

I have Intel on Diana, and others at 317. Seniors, I'm curious what you've experienced with them since the re-open? Are most the same? Or has any started loosening up their menu. Seniors, PM me.

LEO as in there are people there that if they have ANY suspicion or ANY hint will call LEO at a heartbeat, or bring up a lawsuit if that doesn't work. It not a safe location..

Bring up a lawsuit? Is a judge and jury going to show up while I'm on the table? Is there a risk the bailiff will whack my peepee?

I don't know of any law which allows one tenant in an office building to file against another tenant in the office building because they suspect the other tenant may be doing something illegal. You might want to go check with your lawyer.

Sounds to me like someone is holding a serious grudge for some reason. I can understand complaining about her age, or about her fitness level, how much she talks, her phone dinging, or even the massage. I can't understand trying to scare people off by suggesting she might get a lawsuit filed against her.

I didn't realize you are on close personal terms with all of the occupants of that building.

Of course let's say your close personal friend in an office on the other side of the building sees someone walk into her office. Immediately they decide "OMG! There's a customer entering into a business! I'm certain they are doing something illegal! I better immediately call the police and report this! We can't have businesses with customers!

Of course, IMPD immediately sends in a SWAT team, breaks down the door and takes everyone to jail.

Seems realistic to me.

I must have missed something with the location. I consider it incredibly secure. LEO would literally have to setup outside her door to monitor who goes in and out. There are probably 15-20 businesses in the building, there are 2 entrances, 2 sets of stairs and an elevator. There are no windows and she keeps the door locked.

YMMV, but the short answer is HE and topless are to be had with her. I also found her to look a little on the worn side (too many drugs). The problem has been her location, LEO speaking. Unless she has changed locations, I would avoid.
