He's talking about ads that only have an email address, not hidden number ads. There have been a ton of fake scam ads lately that look like they were all written by the same scammers. If there is an email address in the body of the ad it's almost always fake.

here's a perfect example of a fake, SCAM AD. look at the English, that's not how we speak or write. Even the less educated ladies who are legitimate still type the way they talk even if there are errors you can tell they speak English.
