Maybe certain "techniques" may be negotiated if you're willing to spend the extra money. They're trying to play catch up and get their funds back quickly. That's screwed up. All this girl is doing is trying to eliminate any hobbyist right to inquire about a service he's searching for. Basically, forcing him to pay her for a crappy service.
