I never understood the picture thing. As many other members have repeatedly said, trust your gut. If you don't feel comfortable going through with anything, then don't do it. It's an unnecessary risk. I had a provider state that she doesn't trust references from established providers. So instead you trust some random picture that could be easily manipulated?
