No. Wrong building completely. I mentioned I was on Oakland Park, near NW 31st. But since that doesn't seem to be enough: 3075 W Oakland Park Blvd.

This is the closest one to 31st and Oakland. Drove by on Saturday mid morning and the open sign was on.
