But we definitely should be discussing rates and our opinions of them on this forum because this is for us mongers. And what a girl charges compared to her looks and service does matter.

If I'm reading this correctly, you are saying no one should offer opinions as to value (to them) of a provider, just state what her rate is? And there should be no discussion of value or opinion of value, even if a specific provider is not mentioned, in regards to whether a particular service is worth X amount of dollars?
