The reason I've seen a few people with a negative compliance is because they have high a high positive level overall, have good reputations, and have been on the site for years. They've only been given bad ratings by 1 to 3 people out of the many good ratings they have. In all those cases it's been in retaliation or for insignificant things. I was not robbed. They acted fine. There definitely are providers whose negative compliance ratings are well deserved but I'm not talking about those. I stay away from them.
