Sorry, I only wished to share what I know for sure. I went back to re-rate -1 compliance girls with Casual and don't know them well enough to say either and my level jumped up to 1 from 0.

If you see somebody with a negative rating, it will lower your level and might even make you a negative as well if you get enough of them.
