Its been quite a while since I've seen sammilove, but I'd say she's the only one that (in the past) provided anything close to this who posts on stg. I've seen a number over the years that meet these criteria, but most are gone and they mostly advertised on P411. Tori Parker is one (many years ago, dk about current) who I think is still active but she's in her 50's now, but last I saw it was 700+ and she didn't provide incall.
