Saw your post and some of the replies. Here is my 2 cents:

I have been seeing providers for over 10 years. Some have been CBJ, but mostly I prefer and seek BBBJ.

In that 10 years, I have seen many providers from a range of sources, some as high as high-end Eros providers and all the way down to strippers I have coaxed out of clubs.

Generally it's more difficult to transmit stds orally although not impossible.

Stay away from SW and drug abusers or anyone who is not taking care of themselves physically. Most people, escorts included don't want any kind of diseases. If they are taking care of themselves they will get themselves checked out if anything looks strange. SW and drug abusers are far less likely to do so or care.

Avoid anyone with open sores in and around their mouth. Seems obvious but you asked.
