New to this board, but have been around and seen a few. So far about 70 percent disappointments, if not totally off base pics, rooms are filthy, areas are sketchy at best, or the friggin smell coming out of the money pit.

If the provider lists a name in their ad, it's not too difficult to search for them here (especially if they have a unique name). Searching for a particular provider becomes much more difficult if they have a common name (How many providers are named Lexi, Brandy, Goddess, Kim, etc. ? The search is even more difficult if the provider doesn't list a name. I've done searches using the provider link, name, and phone number (with limited success).
