I have seen in ads recently, stating a qv service and a headache relief service. I was curious to know what is the difference? I don't choose or haven't chosen either as usually go for more time. I'd be inclined to agree with how you described it, headache relief is going to be just a BJ while QV is FS but in a shortened period of time, probably no more than 20 minutes.
