So because of that I would say they are most likely one of the not so good scenarios above. They have add history in several cities, which could mean they travel, but could also mean fake.

It's fake. It's probably a set up to rob you. An ad with those pictures was up a few months ago before dropping off for a while. Somone in Akron either posted about it or sent me a PM, I forget. But it was a link to the girls FB account. She lives in Akron or Canton, I believe. According to FB.
