I don't know of any Japanese providers at the moment in LA. But if you're willing to head south to OC. Koi with Angelababy on HX is Japanese. So is her roommate and they do doubles too if you're into that.

It may also be that she is not popular. OK, now I am 100% confident you saw Riyu. Everything you said was on point.
