A nearly two-year investigation led to the arrests of four people since October who authorities said owned or helped operate a trio of massage parlors in Orlando that were used for prostitution.

Ly Kim Nguyen the fourth person arrested in connection with the operation was taken into custody Thursday on a slew of charges, including money laundering, racketeering, structuring money deposits to avoid financial reporting, aiding or abetting prostitution and deriving support from the proceeds of prostitution.

The three others arrested were 40-year-old Kim-Ngoc Thi Sokolitsky, Nguyen's sister; lan Sokolitsky, Kim-Ngoc Thi Sokolitsky's husband; and Robert Ducharme.

Investigators said the three spas investigated Cherry Blossom Massage & Spa on north Bumby Avenue, Bora-Bora Massage & Spa on Woodward Street and the Golden Moonlight Massage and Spa on east Colonial Drive were co-owned and operated by Nguyen, 35, and Kim-Ngoc Thi Sokolitsky, though Kim-Ngoc Thi Sokolitsky was the "lead operator and manager of the organization and massage establishments. ".

Cherry Blossom and Bora-Bora have been closed, while the phone number associated with Golden Moonlight did not work.

Ian Sokolitsky, 37, and Ducharme were arrested in October on a charge of deriving support from the proceeds of prostitution. Ducharme, 75, is also facing charges of racketeering and engaging in unlawful financial transactions, accused of setting up the bank accounts used to deposit funds acquired through prostitution. He was also listed as the owner of a corporation that one of the spas was opened under, according to authorities.

Agent Denise Rosario with the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigations, which investigated the case with OPD, wrote in an investigative report Ian Sokolitsky "facilitated transactions and improvements for the establishments to further the criminal enterprise. ".

Authorities said the spas were used "solely for the purpose of engaging in prostitution. ".

Between 2015 and 2017, Nguyen and Kim-Ngoc Thi Sokolitsky structured deposits in multiple bank accounts to avoid financial reporting requirements and used the money brought in from prostitution by spa employees to purchase jewelry, purses and furniture and construction for the spas, according to investigators. Nguyen also used the funds to pay off her BMW and, during a search of the car in 2017, was found with $40,000 in cash hidden in the trunk, Rosario wrote in the report.

Investigators said they found the spas advertised on a website "commonly used by individuals involved in the commercial sex trade. ".

Cherry Blossom and Golden Moonlight spas brought in more than $57,000 from 845 total customers over the course of the investigation, according to the report.

Authorities also discovered new and used condoms during searches of the parlors and found rooms containing beds and personal items, which appeared to be "living quarters" for the women working there, Rosario wrote.

When investigators tried to question employees during a search of the Golden Moonlight spa in November 2017, some of the employees "appeared to be scared" when asked about their boss "and stated that they could not speak to the police because their 'boss' was not nice. ".

One woman said her boss told them, if confronted by police, to tell them "only massage," Rosario wrote.

The suspects have all since been released from the Orange County Jail.

Great research, but the story date was yesterday and the original charges were from 2015? Hope this doesn't mean they are reupping investigations to the current places that are thriving now. Was checking out the booking site today a saw a decent looking Asian, so I clicked on it and it seems like they got her on a truckload of charges related to the hobby. Anybody know where she worked or any additional details? They got her under the RICO statute among all the other charges.

Decided to head to King Spa and try out Tiffany. Called ahead to make sure she was working. Girl that answered said she was. Headed over and was met by Tiffany at the door. She asked if I was the one that called and asked for Tiffany and I said yes. She led me back to the room. Got comfortable and headed for the TS. She did an ok job with some nice teasing. Wow, that's terrible. I have no idea what was going on during your visit with Tiffany, but that's never been my experience. You should have said something to the mamasan, probably Mona, at the spa. I've had so-so experiences with Chloe, CoCo etc, but never with Tiffany. They take complaints seriously and probably would have had another girl finish your session.

I caught Tiffany at NDS when she was early in her first week, before any mentions of her here, and she was awesome, but not so much so that I felt the need to keep going back and requesting (to be fair, at this point, I don't know what that would take, the scene is stacked, and I am rarely unhappy with the draw at all these places). There was one particular review here that was straight money for her, followed by reports of her constantly being busy and hard to catch, etc.

This is one of those premier "YMMV" situations. TBF, we don't know if it was fabricated, heavily exaggerated, made by someone completely new to the scene, or if that particular monger simply had chemistry with Tiffany that made his experience with her unique. Maybe she was just "his type / style. " Who knows. She's hot. Her performance is on par with all the well above average providers that are becoming straight common place here in O-town. She also could have been burnt out from all that review attention. My ATF didn't get heavily mentioned here under any of her stage names, and I can only imagine it was just that we had some chemistry.

If you frequent any of those three, KMS, KS, or ND, just keep to the one that is closest to you, and they will rotate back around. Last month she was at KMS, and ND before that, so I wouldn't drive any farther than you have to. I will probably be going to KS exclusively now from that management team, with maybe MC for a change of pace, of if I'm not in the mood for whoever is in rotation there. I would be tempted to hit up NDS and see Angel, but with her current review status, and the extra drive, I'll probably just wait until she falls off the radar, or rotates to KS. Mona is easy to recognize, she is older and a little bigger but has big extraordinary tits. Kiki may be there still, I think kiki is attractive with more of a traditional Chinese look and probably speaks better English then the others and the other girl is down right scary looking, has to be in her mid 50's not sure of her name but I thought the girls called her Sasha or big sasha. She is down right scary looking. Tiffany is a beautiful girl.

I saw her a few months ago off of Aloma. She was nice, very talkative, decent massage strength, and used a lot of oil. Also very talkative LOL. There was no hint of extras, despite my attempts to make a little bit of polite contact with her. She's not the only one in her studio so I don't really blame her for not offering anything more. The walls are paper thin. If you do go for just the massage, there's a full shower you can use to wash all of that oil off.

The lack of extras has been echoed by a fellow monger, but maybe she's one of those providers you need to see a few times before she relaxes. I do believe she does outcalls. No idea if that opens the menu, but the talking was just enough of a turn off that I doubt I'll repeat.
