I second what you wrote. Two years ago, in 2017, when I was still new to mongering, I finally went to Rose 999 after having seen it mentioned here several times. It lived up to the hype. Vivian was my first, followed by Cookie, Jenny, and Lily, who became my ATF in the OC region. All of them were in their mid-20's, and all above average, looks-wise. Unfortunately, all of them have moved on, which is why I rarely go back anymore. One who I forgot to mention is Apple (or Suzanne?) and she is in her 30's and attractive. I had 2-3 sessions with her, all great. I'm pretty sure she is still there.

Within the past 6 months, I tried Summer, and she was cute, but not enough for me to seek a second session with her. If I can muster the enthusiasm, I may go and try Lin, who is apparently one of the newest providers at Rose. Unfortunately, I feel like Rose 999's "glory days" are behind them, with their most attractive providers gone, possibly scared off by persistent LE presence.

Upstairs on Katella? Where was that? The only upstairs place that I know she worked at, and only for a very brief period of time, was at Heavenly in CM. They are far from out of the woods. No one is safe right now in the OC and for some reason Rose 999 is always in the crosshairs of LE. Beware.
