Not sure the ins and outs of what is tracked on the platform, BUT is kik already installed on the iPad? If not, do you have a plausible semi legit reason to install? My thought is that it could very well be a flag especially if your iT guys monitor that sort of thing. My guess it would be worth the lost sleep to splash out on a decent burner phone. Then your headache becomes storage of said phone.

Last time I checked kik didn't work on iPads. If you have kik on your iPhone, log out and back in with alias account. If you don't and don't want it seen being downloaded, then you'll have to get a burner phone. Which may not be a bad idea anyway.
