So, I actually did meet Kimmie. It seemed to be completely coincidence the first time about 2 cop cars being there and I will confirm it was safe this time. So if interested, at least from my experience it IS safe. However. I will say that EVERY single time I had tried to meet her, she constantly changed times, "emergencies" came up with very little notice and a Couple times while I was literally in the parking lot at an agreed time; she had to push it back 30 min, then 30 min, then "Oh actually I can do earlier", "Oh, nope I'm so sorry I can't".
