She is an office building. When you walk into the suite, there is a "secretary" sitting at a desk but she greeted me at the door when I arrived. Many times they quote you the hour rate. Maybe that's what you have been given. I only do half hours because I'm my experience, I'm rarely there an hour. Even if I paid for the hour but that can always be provider dependent. Even if the hour rate is only $20 more than the half hour, I will still book the half hour and tip the 20. I'd rather receive credit for the tip and position myself in a better light than somebody who paid the extra 20 for the hour and she was able to get them out much quicker. You can always make an offer too.
