There is no real formula for tipping at AMPs but I would like share what I have learned. Most customers do not know that the workers do not get all of the money that is paid up front for the massage. For instance, a one hour massage which is usually. 5, the worker will only see. 25 or less depending on the owners agreement with the worker. So this is why tipping can make or break the rapport you have with a massage worker. Let's not be foolish with our money, but if someone spends an hour working hard to make you feel good, they deserve a tip. Just like at the restaurant, tips are expected. The better the service, the bigger the tip. If you go to an AMP and you get a great massage even without all the extras, you should always tip. The most common mistake mongers make is thinking that not tipping will create sends a message to the worker to do more next time. Always tip something. And try not to insult by giving pocket change coins, or singles. Save the singles for the East Side.

I am not made of money, but what I do every time is tip. 2 for one hour and. 3 for 90 minutes. That is kind of a standard for a good massage and there are plenty of AMPs that do a excellent, LMT quality massages. There are also plenty that can barely spell massage let alone give one. Those places have a different business model. And as we know, those do not stay open long or the workers do not stay at the stores long. More is always welcomed if you are burdened with extra discretionary income and they will remember you on your next visit. Most of us like a good massage, a good tease, anything after that depends on rapport. They say "Good to see you", "I missed you", "Thank you so much," "See you next time".
