I use vanilla MasterCard debit that says "a gift for you" on the front of it. So my first name is "a gift for" and my last name is "you". The address I use is a convenient store down the road. Any other card I might use first name "prepaid " and last name "card". I also always register a zip code with vanilla using the same one as the address. Hope this helps now go get that booty.
