Needless to say that was the last time I TOFTT. I have also went from every week to once every 4 months.

Oh. And they took the 1.2 out of my pocket for the agreed upon rate.

It defines sexual contact as any touching of an erogenous zone of another, including without limitation the thigh, genitals, buttock, pubic region, or, if the person is a female, a breast, for the purpose of sexually arousing or gratifying either person.

One may solicit another for any of what is defined in 2907.01 all day longlegally. You can legally walk up to a looker at your favorite watering hole and outright ask if she would like to. Totally legal. Provided you are not offering to engage the other for hireor hiring yourself out, for that matter.

If you don't want to get stung by an uncle, ask for nothing other than rates when communicating. "What would you like, honey?" Don't fall for it. "I'd like your rates. " If she comes back with, "I need to know what you want, babe," a safe answer from you would be something like, "You show massage in your list. I could use a waist up and knees down massage. My back is killing me, and my calves have been cramping up some. " Even if she doesn't have massage in her list, if she is legit it should be no problem. Pushing for what you want is a huge red flag. So, if it continues, you'd probably be better off passing.

It's best not to even acknowledge rates. If they are agreeable to you, simply ask to schedule. If she asks for a confirmation on rate agreement simply return with something like: "For what I asked, yes. ".

Contrary to popular belief, money does not need to exchange hands. The law is quite specific as to it being a crime simply to solicit. For instance (which is somewhat funny) if uncle came back to your initial inquiry with, "I'm FS, 80/120/160," that is soliciting. "I'm 80/120/ 160," is not, necessarily, as it does not suggest an act. "I'm FS," or whatever else is borderlinebut does not suggest a hiring. It could be considered an entrapment through enticement.

Saw this one yesterday thinking I would TOFTT, boy was I wrong. So glad to meet her and a nice break from the usual crazies and drugged up ones. Absolute NO self drug abuse, soft smooth skin, nice curves and not fat.
