Thanks for the info. I suspected that may be the case. I wasn't trying to say she was "bad" as I've never seen her. I simply said she has mixed reviews. Mixed can mean some are great and some are mediocre, which is the case here. There's plenty of alternatives that will go through the motions for half of what she's asking. I initially put down 240 (80 house + 160 tip), but when the main act came and I asked for no cover, she asked for more, and accepted an additional 40 (so total 280). They ask for 160 on top of the house fee, it's up to you how much extra you want to throw in. I think you can get away with what they ask, as long as you treat them well and satisfy them. There is a language barrier issue at times so beware of that.
