Totally agree here. I used to frequent ST as well as BG and them. For the most part if your a known client, they treat you pretty well or normal. I completely agree. Though I haven't seen as many as Jm, I have had similar experience. And of course, it goes beyond the initial interaction with respect to return visits. Respect during the first appointment. If you want something more than what they are providing if you "go with the flow", ask respectfully and if they say no, just enjoy what else is on the agenda. Be thankful, friendly and they will nearly always recall you on a subsequent visit and go out of their way to help schedule you, etc.

Does anybody have any experience with any of the newer MPs on Lee Hwy? I've been to the Tokyo Therapy therapy location many times through various ownership regimes. Lately I haven't been offered the level of service I had come to enjoy. But I believe there are three other places within half a mile or so.

(A provider at the old ATMB told me the location was good because of the proximity to the hospital--lots of doctors come down to spend their money.).

If the service is exactly what you expect and you didn't get anything that was above and beyond than why should I tip? I don't really care for the mentality that just because you received some sort of service than you should tip. To me tipping should be used as a way to reward good behavior or a way to communicate your satisfaction with a certain level of service. I don't necessary agree with always tipping no matter what. I think we should be free to use your discretion on if and when we tip. Just my two cents.
