The police can lie to get information and confessions. They can even make up stories about evidence they don't have to get you to confess. They can even put you through a fake lie detector test and tell you that you failed. They can tell you they have a fingerprint and DNA match when they don't. They can tell you they will let you go or intercede with the judge in your case to give you a light sentence--when they know they won't. They can tell you pretty much anything they want. It's all legal. They can't threaten you with physical violence or torture--the judge would see that as creating a high probability for you to make a false confession.

Enough I would like to read some good stories for a change. Sounds like a bunch of whining wimps. Either get in the game or sit on the bench.

What happens in court won't change a thing. I can not believe everyone shut down because of this. All they had to do was change their tactics / habits and make sure they recognized the regulars and be Leary of anyone new. Let's move on.

Kraft will likely lose in Florida, but I'm hoping he appeals. With any luck, it'll make it to the Supreme Court where LE will get slammed, hard, for this sneak-and-peak, hidden camera for minor misdemeanor shit. In fact, I see where they're dangling expedited US citizenship in from of the women to try and get them to testify (you know, perjure themselves) that they were victims of human trafficking.

It'd also be great if LE gets hammered for an illegal traffic stop, as well as cops lying their asses off to get people to confess. The fact that judges believe all these instances where people just confess to a crime, out of the blue, without any kind of coercion, is another thing that seems to be quite unconsitutional.

The big problem the prosecutor has is the sneek and peek warrant is for monitoring and video. The judge re wrote the warrant that said monitoring only the police had no right to the video and the local sheriff said it was an oversight and the did not see the changes made by the judge on the warrant. So no video in court that case and all who don't take a plea deal will be dismissed.

So tired of this in the news daily as I live down the street from this place.

I visited BO last night. A lot of new changes. A new MMS greeted me at front. She called Melissa (a White girl) to see me. I told her I prefer Asian girls. She called everyone. I would put money on Kraft winning. There are just too many things that were done beyond the scope of the law. The state may be enjoying the publicity now, but if it goes to trial, they are going to get it handed to them and look incompetent. They disguise the investigation as a trafficking operation and charge no one with that even though the detectives observed multiple girls being shuttled by ARMED MEN? They witnessed the girls come and go over an 8 month period and now are still trapped within the ring, no telling what state they are TRAPPED in now being FORCED to provide services in? I hope it does go to trial so they have to answer for everything they did, I just don't think it will get that far. I stopped in there this morning and was greeted by the new mamasan Sara (I think). Told her I wanted to see Nikole so she walked me to one of the rooms and about a minute later in walks Nikole.
