Theres no burger king on SW 8th st close to 27th ave but there is one close to 17th ave east of 17th ave about one block east of 17th ave, probably 16th and 8th st. You're probably referring to the mcdonalds on SW 8th st and 29 ave west of 27th ave near 27th ave. The only burger king that you also might be referring to is the one on 23rd ave and flagler st which is close to 27th ave. I work at gamestop on 8th st about few blocks from mcdonalds.
