You may well be right. But depending on your situation, it's not about the legal fight. The embarrassment. Job loss, divorce, etc. Is the real penalty. I agree the legal case is shaky and a misdemeanor anyway, but that's not really the issue for most mongers I think.

Never thought of this before but now. Well doesn't seem as crazy as before. Has anyone considered or used camera or wifi detecting devices in the rooms? Looked some of the products up on the I-net with mixed reviews. Curious if these devices actually work in a real 'environment', which do work, if any and how best to use them if they do. Openly (has it's own merit) or secretively.
