Posts: 165It's being pushed all over the country to support the fake crisis at the border. You think it's just bad luck that all the AMP around here are being busted? Cmon dude.

Posts: 125I don't know about that. If I were the prosecutor, I would argue that the payment for the "favor" was built into the massage price you paid, and when you failed to stop the "favor," you accepted and consummated the transaction. The proof is in accepting the favor and failing to stop it. If nothing else, that is a situation you certainly don't want to find yourself in. Hey, I'm a huge favor of AMPs but just like every other form of hobbying, there is an inherent risk in it, and anyone who participates accepts that risk. That's one of the reasons this board is so great. It minimizes any such risk of having a problem with the girls discussed on the board!

Posts: 148I thought they alleged the girls lived there?
So how was an after hours break in going to work if the girls lived there? Wasn't evidence that the girls lived here the reason they suspected human trafficking?

You paid for the massage service but not the extras you get, to me you didn't paid her to give you the sexual favor so it's not prostitution. It's more like you and her were sexual attracted to each other and things just happened. Here is my question, I own a bar for a long time, a hot chick came in and sat on the bar. We talked for most of the night, she decided to stay and wait for me to get off work, I gave her shots after we closed. We end up had sex in my office. Now is this considered prostitution since I gave her shots? Or she just liked my personality and decided to have little fun with me? If I get caught, I might get charged for servings after hours, but I doubt I will be charged for paying a prostitue. Since AMPs are in the hot seat lately, LEO's are trying to get them any which way they can. Things may be legal in ours eyes might still be illegal with uncle LEO. Anyway everyone stay safe!

That's an interesting point. Here's a good question for everyone in the room, say you get a massage and pay the standard charge for it, they give you the massage and you get extras and you don't tip at all, is that considered prostitution? I know it is a total dick move, but you wouldn't have paid for the extras. Just looking for some input on that.
This situation came up a while back for me. I paid with the $60 I had in my wallet and I always put the tip money in my pocket and not a dollar more than what I plan to spend. Well when I went in, I got a lot more than just a handjob, more like I sprayed her titties down after taking it out of her tiny hole. Apparently when I took my keys out of my pocket as I was getting into the car at home, the cash fell out. Luckily I found it in my garage, but I definitely felt guilty about not giving her the cash then. I told her I would be back and as I came back, there was a car pulled over in the same lot as the AMP. I didn't pay for the sex, so would that be prostitution?

I was there about a month ago and there was a truck hanging out everywhere from the parking lot, to the construction site across the street to the places next door to the complexes on both sides. 1 of the guys is a cop I recognized from work, he comes in a lot. I've decided to stay away from there. Too much heat and they offer way too much to get caught up in.

Posts: 306Went to Colerain last week and there was a cop sitting across in that new construction area. Passed.
I would agree it's an agenda. I would bet that they won't touch the man cave. I'd trade that for all the AMP's back. LOL.

Local police car with asian female cop inside parked in front. Wait for 15 minutes she didn't move.
They don't get it. Asking for HJ has been in existence for centuries and it will continue. Waste of taxpayers money.
Stay safe.

Posts: 165It's apparent that this government is looking for all the "sex trafficking" and "illegal immigrant" charges they can get filed to pad their agenda stats. Facepalm.

Posts: 524I read about half of the indictment, and there was nowhere I saw any of the girls offering sex in exchange for money. And hopefully nobody said "here's $40 for the handjob you gave me. " If a girl likes a guy and gives him a handy at the end of his massage, and the guy thinks she gave a good massage and tips her, I don't see how that's prostitution.

Posts: 221I've had a few massages by men. Those times though were specific relating to sports injuries I had and they were trained sports massage therapists. One guy had previously done work on Reds and Bengals players. Honestly, it wasn't as weird as I would have thought. Complete professionalism and the guy who had worked on pro players actually fixed a long-standing back issue I had after only two visits. He bruised me to hell, but everything healed up perfectly.
