So I was discussing the whole GFE, non-GFE, PSE services and it occured to me that for a true PSE, video or still photographer should be offered as part of the package. Otherwise, it's just people vigorously having sex. You can get that with a girlfriend with a healthy sexual appetite. That's not really a porn star experience; just vigorous sex. Maybe use a new term. VSE; vigorous sex experience.

With a hooker, or your significant other, it comes down to whether they want to be on camera, and people, even hookers, probably have more reasons not to want sexual activities recorded.

True, then that's not a PSE. I am not advocating that all providers allow recording. I am just mulling the expected services of a, PSE vs a GFE.

Look at what they did to Kim Dotcom and Mega. The US put pressure on New Zealand until they basically became the pawns of the MPAA / RIAA. I'm not saying that they'd do it for misdemeanor bullshit, but, if someone was sex traffic'ed here, I guarantee that someone in the HamCo Prosecutor's office would be sending those to the USA in SDOhio and it'd get more interesting from there.

Yes -- the Judge ordered Cameras in the rooms. Sadly, there's no "Expectation of Privacy" shield when it comes to prostitution investigations and stings.

The Judge may sign an order for a Provider's residence -- and honestly, that wouldn't fly in states like Alaska or Vermont, but, it *would* fly in Ohio. Getting the Cameras in without getting caught? That's something completely different. But it has been done before (I remember a case where they taped the couple whose infant died and the audio was so unintelligible that the case got thrown out on appeal a few years ago).

As a former criminal defense attorney, I can tell you that LEO can use whatever investigation tools they want to as long as it's "legally obtained. ".

This information is posted on the web, basically, for all to see. While I'd like to think that A2 won't splay our IP addresses if they get a subpoena, I can't say that his hosting provider would do the same. Or Cincinnati Bell / Time Warner wouldn't give up the traffic that's going to this site.

What's growing is a trend where they do "parallel construction" -- basically, they'll obtain evidence in a way that isn't on the up-and-up, and then magically "find" a way to make it admissible evidence.
