There was and ariticle in Todays Canton Repository about the incident. It is currently being investigated as a "suspicious death". I would think that there will certainly be move attention paid to this area by the sheriff's narcotics unit for a while. With that said as long as ligitimate customers pay their room rent and go to the room and shut the door there is not a lot to worry about. It is not against the law to take a lady to a room no matter what your relationship is to her, remember you are consenting adults. LEO has no right to enter the room without a warrant and that takes probable cause of a crime being committed. If you do not have any dope or other contraband in your possesion you have nothing to worry about. In the event that you are asked for I'd and or a reason for your being with someone to rent a room co-operate. Ohio law says that you have to present identification upon request of a police official, so do it with a smile and no attitude. As to the reason you and your partner are going to the room that is strictly your business. Make sure you do not have a minor with you! Had to google that one. Intensive Outpatient Procedure? Drugs? Court ordered?
