I'm relatively new to the game, but what exactly is included with a table shower? I've heard from a few sources that if a table shower is present at the AMP then you should do it because it will benefit you with getting extras. Can anyone confirm?

You lie on a table and the attendant throws or sprays warm / hot water on you, washes you all over with a cloth, and then dries you with a towel. It is a nice first course.
