Long time lurker.

Had been to Spa Serenity quite few time I must say it has never disappointed me in terms of dishes offered. I believe the chefs change evert month, but rest assured chef Paris is always there. She cooks very slowly and makes sure the guest gets every taste of the ingredient.

Ofcourse with the latest debate on the cost of the dish I must agree that the cost has increased as I am from NYC, but again in NYC we have more restaurants in every street as compared to just a few here.
