Speaking from my own experience. I have to keep two phones number active for 2 months. First, I use my old number to contact Booker, set up an appt, then inform Booker of my new number and tell Booker that you going to txt from new phone now, then continue booking appointment process through new phone. My experience is that you got to book an appointment for the Booker to save your new phone number. Without booking a session, they tend to forget to save my new phone number.
