As an update to this post, right after I posted this, I noticed the number in the linked ad was different than what I had seen before. As I dug in, all her old ads with reviews and comments had disappeared. As soon as I texted her new number asking what was going on, she posts another ad using that first number. I still haven't gotten an explanation from her, but something smells fishy here.
