I am a regular at Asian Oasis in Troy, no extras for $70. I love it because I can be naked and they gave you a very good massage especially on your gluteal muscles after spinning / biking for a week this was amazing, but lately it seems to have gone downhill, all I get is a request for more Tip (without any extras) and the massage has become mediocre.

Any other spots in Troy or nearby I should give a try?
