I NEVER give out personal information, period. I've been a member of P411 for several years with 20+ provider okays, if that doesn't get me in I aint going. The only time this has been an issue is with some agencies. We have respectfully agreed not to do business. While I understand the people who run these agencies want to know their providers are safe, my biggest fear is that an office is raided and my personal information is seized. I own a business and have a family and am not willing to jeopardize any of it.
