I hav finally been cleared to see a rather popular provider however I feel this provider has become more flakey than usual with communications. She has also had a few number changes recently which I've heard could be a sign she might be in bed with LEO and not us. Anymore. My question is, is there anyway to be safe when I arrive. I've read some LEO checks exist, her getting naked, down on knees, etc before cash is shown, but curious what you guys think?

The standard LEO checks are an absolute joke as is you picking her up a pack of cigarettes or anything else on the way to the date. It is much more likely that male LEO will get naked and do the nasty, which in no way affects the case after the arrest whatsoever, than a female LEO getting naked and letting you do anything. Part of the reason for that is guys like to do it and the women don't want to when they're they think we are the scum of the earth anyway, the other reason is that once you've shown up and they can in any way show that you were there for sex and you have money on your person you are already a cooked goose. You only have to show intent not the commission of the ACT. If you ask a question about donation or services that implies all that they need, and even if you didn't the fact that you show up can be enough. There is no way to be 100% safe, things could have changed in the two minutes before you arrive and you would never know. If you need absolute assurance perhaps you should try a different Hobby, but not golf, never an assurance in golf either. There is always some risk, it is always smart to minimize it, but we all have to remember that if we want to play there is a possibility you will have to pay, sometimes the adrenaline of it all is an extra benefit. As for girls changing numbers, there can be a million reasons, there is a slight possibility could be something to worry about but the odds are if someone is working with LEO then it is much more likely that they would want to use an established number to make it seem less obvious. If you really want to hit it, put your big boy panties on and go do it.

I don't know if there's any truth to this or not, but I've heard that LEO will not touch or show any private parts because it could then be considered entrapment. On the other hand, I've also heard stories where LEO will actually participate fully and then make an arrest. Again, I don't know if those stories are true but they're out there. On occasion, if there's any doubt in my mind, I'll drop my pants and let it hang out then ask the girl to "do something" before any money is shown or even discussed. If she reacts by fondling, touching, kissing or showing her body then I presume everything is safe. I'd love to hear from others about this as well.
