I sympathize with Kyriall and commend his efforts to report back here. I have seen this before and it has been reported here over time, of AMPs using ringers to drive up business and switching out to substandard MTs when traffic increases. I never understood this practice (especially from the modern western marketing concepts), but given how AMPs come and go, I can imagine the concept of opening an AMP, grabbing as much cash as possible and then moving on would be a legitimate business model (especially from the asian / Chinese perspective).

I do know that this forum is invaluable in identifying when this practice. I believe it would benefit the community to completely avoid these places once this pattern is revealed. The number of AMPs out there is staggering. Trying to keep up with the changing venues as well as MTs is a daunting and time-comsuming task, making this hobby harder than it should be (in my opinion. I have other pursuits in my life). Going back, hoping against hope that Lilly might be there becomes a fools errand (and we all know about fools and their money.).
