It may have been a coincidence that the cop was sitting there. I haven't been to Nova in a while, but the few times I went there it was massage only. Maybe theyve changed, I don't know. I always thought it was one of the nicest places I had been in on the inside, and I had some decent massages.

It's more dangerous to park in a retailer's lot across the street where you might get towed, or worse, get hit crossing a busy portion of Glenway avenue on foot.

Somatic Experiencing appears to be a holistic approach to treating disorders such as PTSD. It involves causing a person to become "disregulated" and then to find a trigger that he can use in the future to return to being regulated. One of the methods that they use to dysregulate a person is by causing arousal, and then finding a trigger that will cause the arousal to fade. I don't know if the group in the advertisement is a legit holistic healthcare provider or if they are using the Somatic Experiencing as a cover for a HE MP. You could always TOFTT and report back.

Any have any knowledge of the new massage studio scheduled to open Friday. It appears to be in Cincy. They have been advertising on Craigslist. I have exchanged some emails and text. Link attached if it's still good. PM is fine.

Posts: 7AMP on nova in western hills
I drove past the AMP on nova in Western Hills. AMP is the first house on the road directly off a busy main road and has a gas station directly in front of it and in view of driveway. First drive by there was a cruiser right in front of it. Decided to loop by again after a while and the cruiser was sitting in the gas station parking lot. Not surprising considering how much of a thoroughfare the area is but just an FYI. There is a shopping center across the street that may be better to park at and walk over. I may do another drive by and will update if I do, but if you go, be smart and stay safe-park away. Do not park in the driveway.

My visit there mirrors yours and I will probably repeat. Regarding the parking, I parked behind the building and walked around, much more discreet that way.

So I ventured to healthy a few weeks ago. Walked in and girl on couch was about late 30's early 40's but very attractive. She was wearing a skirt and a top that covered everything. Led me to a room and asked how long and I opted for the hour. Nice rooms with doors even though the walls don't go all the way up. With out going into too many details, the massage was amazing and I left extremely happy. Only down side for me was parking isn't as private and when I was exiting there was a family getting in their car right next to mine who gave me the stink eye seeing me come out of the joint. Other than that, I'd highly recommend. Seniors can pm me for more details.

Tried new AMP at 6813 Harrison advertised on BP.

Had a good massage and left smiling.

In my limited experience with three different 90 minute session, you are correct. More time rubbing your head, hands, face, feet, etc. Not more time running your back or posterior through the meat grinder (I prefer strong / hard or back walking). One lady did do some extra stretching which was pretty good (I get off on being treated like a pretzel by a little 99 lbs Asian lady). I'd rather have three 60 minute massages over a period than two 90 minute massages.

Posts: 15160 min verse 90 min
The other day I was at an AMP and the person asked if I wanted a 60 min or 90 min; I asked her what the difference was, not sure she really understood my question other than she just kept smiling. What has been your experience with a 90 min massage; what more are you receiving other than perhaps more time on your back which as many know is where the majority of the massage is focused.
