My overhead is $1500 more a month than it was when I started five years ago, primarily from rent and healthcare.

I bet I could get it down to $200 again if you would prefer to meet in a hole / notel somewhere with a slew of roommates, pets and DBs.

OR You could pony up the cost of a decent room + the $200 and you're still looking at around $300-350 out of pocket.
