I'd love to know what you are having to pay these girls and I'm assuming you aren't paying them for the initial meet when nothing occurs?

I had this 30 year old single mother telling me about how her last guy flew her around the country on vacations, gave her jewelry, etc. This lady was living hand to mouth and made jewelry to sell on etsy, her only other skill was lying on her back.
