I had some time recently and evaluated some AMPs and here are the results. My rating scale ranges from 0 to 3, where 0 means you get nothing and a 3 you get everything.

Sakura on Vineland, "Amy", 1 It was just OK.

Massage Oasis, Dr. Phillips. "various", 0 Good massage, that is all.

Ocean Spa, Hiawassee, " 1 Would be OK in a pinch.

Massage, Winter Garden Vineland Rd, "Vicky", 1 Pretty good, would repeat.

CB, Bumby, "Orange", 3 Wow, what else can I say.

Every time I drive by this place the parking lot seems crowded however there are several business's grouped together, so who knows what cars belong to what business.

I would venture out and say that crowdedness you are seeing is the result of traffic to the surrounding businesses and / or the ladies at IHOP park there as well. Although I have not been to any of these places, I think it's safe to say that this IHOP joint is no CB in terms of business volume unless there is a high demand of GILF therapists that I am unaware of.

The one time I went there the older lady at the front took my cash and took me to the room. She asked what type of massage I wanted I said medium to hard she said I have just the girl for you (probably a standard line) Later in walks the girl a BIG girl Honey BooBoo type. Massage was pretty good, no teasing, covered the jewels as much as possible. I was not interested in testing the touch game she wasn't my type besides it was a legit massage anyway you can just tell. I am a big believer in YMMV especially with multiple visits. This is not a place I would invest in multiple visits even if there was a HJ to be had. From what I've read elsewhere at any given time this place may have black and white working there. IMO it's not a fun factory but simply a place to get a massage by someone other than an Asian. I'm thinking if you spend a lot there and bond there's probably more, maybe. But like I said who's got time to play games and bond go to a sure place and get that nut busted.

Why is this post about CB Fiction? There have been multiple reports about the parking situation, crowds, etc. ? You had a good experience, he didn't. Isn't that what YMMV is all about? I share and want to see both good and bad reviews.

I know from InOrlando's post that I probably don't want to go on a Sat afternoon. What time were you there? What day was it? Maybe sharing that info will help others decide to go on a different day / time when it's less busy.
