Strange experience with this one. Called the number on the CL ad and get a Call Failed message. 10 sec later I get a call from a different number and it's this girl saying she can't answer that phone, so she was calling me from another number. Pretty sure she's using a fake picture. Definitely sounded older on the phone. Uses the name Yuki, but she sounded Chinese also.

By any chance was that other number a 277 number? If so and she sounded older, that may have been Yoko herself.
